Today was a very long day.I feel so tired right now.I just came back from the gym.I worked out for 2 hours.I quess tonight is one of the night that I can't sleep.I don't know why when I'm too tired I can't sleep.It's weird because usually when you're tired you are supposed to sleep faster.Or maybe I drank too much coffee in the morning that keeps me stay awake.I'm going to watch some movies maybe that will help me.

When you exercise, it is a different kind of tired than being sleepy. They recommend not exercising too close to when you want to go to bed, because it actually wakes your body up.
ReplyDeleteDon't do to much exercise .Just little bit is enough and after work out try to give rest to your body .
