entry 13

Whenever I feel stressed I watch a funny show on TV.It's amazing how it can make people forget about their problems.Also I try to go into a quite place till I am not in that mood anymore I listen to calming music instead of rock or rap. A good example is the kind of music that doesn’t bring your memory to the past. Memories can be very stressful as well.

  1. I did the same when i feel stressed. I listen songs . Even when i have headache, at that time too I listen songs instead of taking medicine
